Yangzhou Qunda Industrial Fabric Factory is a cooperative enterprise of Jiangsu Qunfa Chemical Co., Ltd., (hereinafter referred to as Qunfa Co.) which specializes in the production of a great variety of canvas (or duck) fabric in different specifications (including NN type and EP type), tire (tyre) cord fabric, and rubber dam fabric, etc., with total capacity of 2,500 MTs/a .

Founded in 2005, the factory is located in Jiangdu, a city adjoining the famous historical cultural city Yangzhou, which boasts a very convenient traffic condition. There is the Ningqi (Nanjing-Qidong) Railway crossing the area, and thus a high-efficient complete modern transportation network is formed together with the Runyang Yangtse River Bridge, the Jinghu (Beijing-Shanghai) Expressway and Ningtong (Nanjing-Nantong) Expressway, by which you can reach everywhere easily. There are complete and effective quality management and assurance systems established in the factory.Within the future 3 years, the production capacity will be planned to expand to 5,000MTs/a, and therefore the factory will become a key enterprise in tire (tyre) cord and canvas (duck) industry in China.

By absorption of experience in manufacturing of various industrial fabric of Qunfa Co. for more than 20 years, Yangzhou Qunda Industrial Fabric Factory can make a wide variety of NN canvas (duck) and EP canvas (duck) according to customer requirement. The factory boasts state-of-the-art production technology and equipments, and the products have full range of varies and specifications, of which NN100～NN400 and EP100～EP400 are the main ones. The advanced production technology and equipments from home and abroad are introduced by the factory ensuring first-class quality of products. For twisting section, the domestic latest-generation equipments are taken guaranteeing excellent evenness of twist number, and stable quality of products; For weaving section, the top-grade rigid rapier loom made by a Sino-France joint venture is adopted, which makes fabric surface flat and warp well-arranged; For dipping section, being carried out in Qunfa Co., which owns three dipping lines (including a two-bath dipping line), and has perfect and ripe technology and recipe for dipping, the dipping is implemented from both sides of fabric, to ensure a even dip pick-up.

The canvas fabric products made by the factory boast high-tenacity, and perform quite excellent in many other aspects as well such as in elasticity, fatigue durability of bending, anti-impact load, dimension stability and adhesion with rubber, etc. In the meantime, NN canvas has another advantage of high initial elastic modulus.
